March Faves

I love the month of March, spring begins, flowers bloom, colors pop and like that wouldn't be enough, it's my birthday month!!! :)

So yeah, my favorite day it's 12 and this year it's been a lovely day, even being far from my family and most of my friends. My cake was DELICIOUS!!!

But today I'll share with you all some of my favorite things I've been using this month.

I've been loving this nail polish this month, I was never brave enough to go for an orange shade, but this year I decided to be and I love it. This is Essie Chubby Cheeks, I love the name, I love the color and, like all essie nail polishes, I love the formula and brush. Oh....and it lasts long!

I usually wear a base coat under my polishes to protect my nails, lately I've been using Save the Nail by Nails inc London, it's a treatment base coat and it's really good. My nails got damaged coz I paint them a lot, but this has helped. 

For a top coat I use Sally Hansen Insta Dry and, let me tell you, this thing is amazing, it's really 'insta dry' :)....5 seconds and your nail polish it's touch dry. Love love love it!

I'm not good with eyeliner at all, but I bought this Supercat eyeliner from Soap and Glory and I love it, I don't do the dramatic look, just a little line and tiny flick but I've been enjoying it a lot this month. 

Also discovered the Loreal False Lash Telescopic mascara, it doesn't clump your lashes and it's the perfect mascara for me. For my face I found myself reaching for the Bare Minerals  foundation, I have the lightest shade. I had this for very long time but never really used it. To be honest, I discovered YouTube searching for tutorials, coz I had no idea how to use it...so yeah, I bought it a couple years ago and just now I started to enjoy it really. I found it very nice, not too mate, it doesn't look powdery at all and it's been pretty much all I've been using for my face, except concealer. 

Oh, how can I forget about The Body Shop Honey Bronzer , thanks to Estee, she got me hooked on this one and I've been using it every single day!!! 

I use the Garnier Micellar water to take my makeup off before I cleanse my face and after, I've been using the Vitamin E Facial Oil from The Body Shop. I only use it in the evening and it works over night, making my skin soft and if rated for the morning :)

My hair it's very flat, soft and fine so it need a bit of body, I've been using batiste dry shampoo for long, but, to be honest, I don't even know if it did anything to help my hair, but Dove, oh yes!!!! This thing is amazing, it's not powdery, it's just perfect. I don't use it as a dry shampoo, I use it after I was my hair and dry it, just spray a bit of this on my hair and scrunch it up, it's the best I've found so far. 

For my lips I've been using the Revlon Lip butter in Candy Apple, I love the name, love the consistency, it's moisturizing and in the same time, giving my lips a bit if tint...coz it's spring, and we need color on our face :)
