How to knit a washcloth

There is nothing like a handmade home, is it? Along with blankets, cushion covers, place mats and coasters, you have to have your own hand knitted washcloths. Specially if you knit them from a nice cotton yarn, they last forever and they look  so pretty!

I've knitted mine from 100% cotton in DK weight with 4mm circular needles and  I used the netting stitch pattern, which gives it a nice texture and looks pretty. On the edge I used the garter stitch border.
Here is a link to my video for the full instructions on how to work the netting stitch!

Definitely you can use it as a kitchen cloth, sometimes I use them to wipe my hands and the kitchen tops or in the bathroom as a washcloth.
Hope you enjoy knitting these washcloths!
